Alaine will lead you in guided meditation techniques that balance the mind, body and spirit for every day living.

Alaine will communicate to the group the energies, loved ones, and symbolic messages that appear. EACH attendee will receive a personal message! This lively dialogue offers accelerated Spiritual Education.
