Join gifted medium, author, yogi, spiritual teacher, and global speaker ALAINE PORTNER for a welcoming, intimate evening of meditation techniques that balance the mind, body, and spirit.
In her Mindfulness training sessions, Alaine helps attendees discover their personal, physical, and spiritual growth through Mindfulness. Students/Attendees will have the opportunity to enrich their own life’s journey through the exploration of Mind, Body, Spirit through a series of intuitive dialogue, meditation, interactive exercises, and soul-self insights.
The session is accompanied by the sounds and vibrations of alchemy crystal bowls. Alaine will then communicate the energies, loved ones and symbolic messages that appear.
Most attendees will receive a personal message!
A lively discussion always follows the meditation session. Light refreshments will be served.

The West Deptford Junior Women's Club is one of the over 250 clubs throughout New Jersey that are part of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) and the New Jersey State Federation of Women's Clubs (NJSFWC). The NJSFWC was founded in 1894 and has been headquarted on the campus of Douglass College in New Brunswick since 1966. The Federation is the oldest and largest nonpartisan, nondenominational women's volunteer service organization in the world. Opportunities are provided to women in education, leadership training, and community service enabling women to make a difference in the lives of others. The West Deptford Junior Women's Club routinely supports local to international initiatives in fields from conservation and education to health and public safety. Our fundraisers are geared to be community-based and subsedize college scholarships, the 5th Grade Spelling Bee, Girls' Career Institute, and resident support, among others.
